North Cape, Norway

At 9:00 pm Friday evening we passed by the North Cape of Norway. The Captain slowed down so that we had a good view. The North Cape is at 71o 10′ 21”.  There is another land mass called Knivskjellodden which is at 71o  11’ 08” and therefore further north. However, it is not really accessible as you can see from the first picture of it below.  The remaining photos are of the North Cape in profile, the Visitor’s Centre and the monument at the cliff’s edge.
